    Appointing Internet Erasure as agent:
    I authorise Internet Erasure Ltd, Company Registration Number 13916445, of Suite 5, 5th Floor City Reach, 5 Greenwich View Place, London E14 9NN. (henceforth IE), as agent, to:
    1. Act on my behalf to draft and submit 'Right to be Forgotten' applications under GDPR Article 17 to the three primary search engines, (Google, Bing and Yahoo) and to deal with all related communications on my behalf.
    2. Draft and submit follow-up complaints to the Information Commissioner (ICO), Scottish Information Commissioner, Irish Data Protection Commission, or other relevant Data Protection Authority, if required, and to and to deal with all related communications on my behalf.
    3. Make direct approaches to publishers, webhosting companies and platforms, to request deletion, anonymisation, the addition of 'NoIndex' tags or for corrections to be made, if considered appropriate by IE and at IE's sole discretion, and to deal with all related communications on my behalf.
    4. Draft and submit follow-up complaints to The Independent Press Standards Organisation (IPSO), or other applicable regulator, if considered appropriate by IE and at IE's sole discretion, and to deal with all related communications on my behalf.
    5. Perform any additional work identified to remove (deindex) articles, images and links that are having a detrimental effect on my life, from search engine results pages, and under the terms of this service agreement, and to deal with all related communications on my behalf.
    Data Protection:
    I consent to IE: 
    1. Processing and storing my personal information regarding past events, convictions and related matters.
    2. Sharing my personal information, solely for purposes associated with the deindexation of search engine links and the removal of articles, images, videos, or other unwanted content, from the internet.
    Fees:
    I have been accepted as a client under the fixed-fee scheme or other pre-agreed fee. No other fees will be due or payable unless additional work is requested or identified and agreed in writing.

    Included in this agreement is one year of support from the date of instruction. In the very unlikely event that previously removed links reappear in search, IE will make no further charges for removal submissions. No other sums will be payable unless additional, unrelated links, new content or publicity which post-dates this agreement, is identified and instructed under a new agreement.

    I have been made aware from the free guide to the Right to be Forgotten generously provided on this website by IE that I personally have the rights to apply to the search engines, complain to The Information Commissioner, contact publishers and complain to the Independent Press Standards Organisation, and that if I choose to do this, I will incur no costs, however that by signing this agreement I am making an informed choice to pay experienced professionals to investigate and perform all the work required on my behalf.

    If applicable, I will follow the legal requirements for disclosure of unspent criminal convictions, both before, and after, any successful removal of search engine links.

    I agree that I will not disclose any of IE's documents, processes and legal arguments to any third parties and shall protect their proprietary information or trade secrets. I further agree that I shall not leave any review on any platform until and unless IE confirm that they have finished working on my case.

    I shall not hold IE in any way responsible at any time for the presence, accessibility or consequences of adverse media created by third parties which names me, is about me or which identifies me.

    I understand that the timeline for removal on damaging online content depends on numerous varying factors which are outside of IE's control, but that IE will use their best endeavours and shall continue to act for me until all the content identified as damaging has been blocked from appearing in search results under my name, and that they will keep me informed throughout the process.

    I am free to cancel this agreement at any time within 14 days of signing, by sending an email to [email protected]. I confirm however that I would like the service to begin immediately and not after the 14-day cancellation period.

Due to our criminal justice and harassment work, we do not accept telephone calls from withheld numbers or from people who are currently serving a prison sentence.

Telephone calls are personally answered 24/ 7/ 365, by our call handling team who note initial details. A return telephone call with the most suitable caseworker, is then arranged by WhatsApp or SMS, for a mutually convenient time.

Evening, Weekend and Bank Holiday communications are responded to within 24hrs. 

OFFICIAL or OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE communications, (typically from police, probation, CPS or equivalent organisations), must be sent to our Senior Caseworker's Criminal Justice Secure Mail (CJSM), available upon request.

Payments: The payment process forms part of our ID verification, anti-fraud and anti money laundering checks. We accept online payments by all types of credit and debit cards, however we do not accept card payments over the telephone. We welcome card payments in any currencies and these are processed by our payment processor which is PayPal. We also welcome bank transfers within the UK or globally using IBAN/ SWIFT. We do not accept untraceable payments; for clarity, this means that we do not accept cash or cryptocurrencies of any kind.
